Send us the drawings. We will tell you what will not work.
Architects, main contractors, developers, interior and kitchen designers, estate agents, landlords and landscapers. One subcontractor across eight disciplines, with one person to ring.
You are not buying cable. You are buying a programme date.
Most of what a main contractor needs from a services subcontractor is not technical. It is knowing that the first fix will be done in the week it was promised, that the drawings will be marked up honestly, and that nobody will discover a clash after the screed is down.
We work across all eight disciplines with our own engineers, which is what lets us commit to a date rather than pass one on. When something does move — and on a live site it does — you hear it from us early enough to resequence.
The cheapest version of this job is the one that gets installed once.

Eight disciplines, one contract.
The gaps between trades are where services projects go wrong. There are no gaps here because there is only one subcontractor.

Air conditioning
VRF, split and ducted systems designed against the actual heat load, not the nearest catalogue number.

Electrical
Full installations, distribution, containment and testing, certified and handed over with as-installed drawings.

Lighting
Scheme design, circuiting and controls coordinated with the interior rather than added after it.

Audio & AV
Cable routes, backboxes and containment set out at first fix so the finish never has to be cut into.

Security & CCTV
Intruder detection, access control and camera coverage designed around the building's real approaches.

Heating
Underfloor and radiator systems, manifolds and zoning, coordinated with the floor build-up.

Smart control
One control layer over lighting, climate, audio and security, commissioned and documented.

EV charging
Workplace and fleet charge points sized against the supply you have, with load management and the DNO handled.
How we work with you.
Nothing here is unusual. It is just done consistently, which turns out to be the unusual part.
We review your drawings before we price
A price against a drawing nobody has read is a variation waiting to happen. We mark up what we would change and tell you what it saves before anyone signs anything.
- Coordination clashes flagged in writing
- Load and capacity checked against the actual spec
- Long-lead items identified before they bite

One point of contact, on site
The same person from tender to handover. You are not repeating yourself to a call centre, and you are not chasing eight separate subcontractors for one ceiling.
- Named contract manager
- Directly employed engineers
- Programme updates you did not have to ask for

A handover pack that passes first time
Test certificates, as-installed drawings, commissioning records and a walkthrough. Compiled as we go, not assembled in a panic the week before practical completion.
- Certification issued on completion
- As-installed drawings, not design drawings
- O&M information the end user can follow

What you can expect as standard.
- Fixed price against an agreed scope, with variations priced before they are done
- Directly employed engineers, not agency labour
- RAMS and site paperwork issued before we arrive
- [Public liability cover of £X] — to be confirmed
- Coordination drawings marked up and returned
- Test certification on completion
- As-installed drawings issued with the handover pack
- [Warranty period] on workmanship — to be confirmed
Bracketed items are awaiting confirmation from Systems360 and have deliberately not been invented.
They marked up our drawings before they priced the job and found two clashes we had missed. That conversation saved more than their margin.
