Electrical, climate and control systems are the parts of a building nobody should have to think about. We design and install them so they work quietly, every day, for years.

We started where most problems actually begin.

Most of what goes wrong with a building's services goes wrong before anyone picks up a tool. A drawing that was never coordinated. A spec written for a different product. A first fix set out around a layout that changed two weeks later.

Systems360 was set up to work the other way round: get involved early, agree what is actually being installed, and put it in once. That is less dramatic than a rescue job, and considerably cheaper for everyone.

We work across electrical, air conditioning, lighting, audio, security, heating, smart control and EV charging — as one team rather than eight subcontractors, because the places these systems meet are where the problems live.

Test certificates, as-installed drawings and a walkthrough of the controls, so the building can be operated by whoever ends up in it.

The same three stages whether it is a single flat or a full commercial fit-out. What changes is the depth, not the order.

Specification
We review the drawings, agree loads and layouts, and write down what is being installed before anyone orders anything.
Procurement
Equipment scheduled and ordered against the programme, with lead times flagged early rather than discovered on site.
Delivery
First fix, second fix, commissioning and testing, sequenced around the other trades and signed off with certificates.
